xbox 360 on LCD -Audio?

Hi guys

i run my 360 through my 20" samsung LCD monitor

i use my pc for audio as my monitor does not have its own audio

my problem is that when i want to take my screen and xbox to a mates house i have no audio.

is there a solution to this problem or do i have to lug my pc with me everytime

your help would be appreciated

Other than spending a lot on specialised Xbox headphones the easiest way to do this is to get a cable that goes from the L/R RCA to female headphone jack. Then plug a cheap'n'nasty set of desktop speakers with headphone support into that and you're away

Other than spending a lot on specialised Xbox headphones the easiest way to do this is to get a cable that goes from the L/R RCA to female headphone jack. Then plug a cheap'n'nasty set of desktop speakers with headphone support into that and you're away

You could plug headphones straight into L/R RCA to Female headphone jack but the sound is low as it isn't ampified. On my pc's xbox I have it plugged into the pc's line in and that works well.

Yeah hence the reason for the desktop speakers.

Yeah. Only realised now how portable an xbox realy is, I could travel to another country taking a lcd screen , which isnt heavy at all.

um no, i was thinking sticking it into a toaster why an xbox , we are talking about a xbox without sound so that is what i am asking if you can stick it into the usb...

will try that option first as it is the cheapest

i just need it for when i jam at friends places

so doesnt need to be great
