(Xbox live) Problems connecting to EA servers using Cell C 3G modem

Anyone know if Cell C has done something to their network recently? I use their 7.2Mbps 3G modem to connect to Xbox live and recently have been unable to connect to the EA/Bioware servers from in-game (even though I had no such problems before). I can still connect to Xbox live, however, I get a warning that mt NAT status is "moderate", which I also didn't use to get before.

I contacted EA support and they told me to run some traces after which they told me to take it up with Cell C as too many packets were being lost. Sent Cell C a message via their website (both from the contact us page and the tell trevor page) but have yet to hear back from them aside from the automated message telling me they have received my message.

Is anyone else having problems like this at the moment?

I'm using the Cell C modem and use it to connect to Xbox Live. Just this weekend i connected to the EA/Bioware servers. It did fail to connect 1 or 2 times, but after that i had no trouble.
