Xclusive Internet!!!

Does sound nice, extra max speed can only help, and at least they sort out ambiguity with their uncapped prices etc.
 
Anyone around here that use Xclusive that can give some more info on reliability etc...

And most important of all, does the people who work there know how to work with people too?
 
I am subscribed to xclusive.biz. Pay R497 a month uncapped. Only really use at most 3 gigs a month.

Last week I had two days of eratic / no connection. Today, the 25th of September, no connection to internet. Still have use of e-mail, wow!

Had Telkom 512, Xclusiv is 1024. Cant see the difference really.

Seriously thinking about returning to Telkom with all this downtime at Xclusive. For that amount I would expect at least some connection.

Plus no telephonic support. When you phone, just rings. Recorded message says not available and / or send sms ?????????
 
Are there cheaper packages if I use a slower circuit, Prices based on Circuit Speed like Cybersmart. I'm on 384
