Xeon Processor to Swap?

Today I got a Server - Dual Xeon 3.4 Doorstop edition. Is there anybody out there willing to:

A) Swap my two Xeons for a Dual Core Xeon;
B) Buy my two Xeons so that I can use the money to buy a Dual Core Xeon;
C) Sell me a Dual Core Xeon?

I need VT and the 3.4's don't have it....

You building a ESX box?

XenServer/ESX Box.

The problem is that Xen needs VT to run windows machines - ESX needs SCSI/SAS RAID disks just to install; building a server to run both is a costly exercise
