Hi All

So Uniterm just got these in and it states that it is google certified and other stuff so it will work flawlessly with DSTV Now and Netflix.
Current price with VAT is about R1298.35

So assuming it works with DSTV Now then is my assumption correct ?
- No need for a DSTV Explorer. Just get one of these and login with a DSTV account ? Especially for use on 2nd, 3rd, etc TV's in the house ?

Anyhow looks promising... Can anyone confirms that it works as advertised (DSTV Now specifically ? ) and just the overall device experience ?

This will answer your DSTV compatibility question.

Now the other part, you going to need an uncapped internet account preferably fibre.

Also you won't be able to record any programs, not all the channels are available on DSTV Now.

Also correct me if I'm wrong here but I've also seen some shows aren't available to stream live, I think I've specifically seen NBC shows say not available.
 
Sharp! in the kaap Gentlemen...

I am sitting with 100mb fibre uncapped and a Minix box ATM. Use laptop to connect to DSTV now via HDMI...
Time to upgrade...
