Yes you can have Amazon Prime.
I don’t think there is a Prime Video app on the Store.
I’m using the Nvidia Shield sideload app and works perfectly.

I have just received a new Mi-box after returning the last one that was forever freezing.

The new ones problem is that it won't upgrade past Android 6.0.1. which I think is Marshmallow. I go to about - system - check updates. Says your system is up to date but it isn't, I have set up like 10 of these boxes and never had a problem.

Anyone seen this before or maybe the update server is down/in maintenance, any ideas?

Seen it on my friends box, we gave up and left it like that. A day or two later, the update came through. Don't know what's causing it though.
