Xiaomi Note 12

Can anyone assure me if the Note 12 dual sim from say Takealot has NFC?
Redmi Note 12 has NFC.
It also has full dual sim and SD (not hybrid).
With the new HyperOS, it has updated to Android 14.
The battery life is excellent.

I have read on TakeAlot website , the Note 12 doesnt have but the normal 12 does.

I have been warned against this phone, any input?

Not sure where on TA you read that the Note 12 doesn't have NFC. The one in my hand does have, and several TA reviewers also say that it does.

I am happy with what I got for the price that I paid.

FWIW, I have been running YT Music to a BT speaker for the last 2h without a glitch on wifi or BT.

I have one that I got from Takealot and it does not have the NFC dubble check. There are 2 versions of the phone.

Note 12: 23021RAAEG, 23028RA60L (mine)
Note 12 (NFC): 23021RAA2Y

Settings > About phone > Detailed specs > Model

I have said twice that I have a note 12. This one:

Set the reviews to most recent and read those

Thank you. The latter is out of stock. Thinking of the Oppo A78 with 8gb and 256gb, similar price

Let me know how it is?

After reading more note 12 comments I am not the only one with the overheating problem on takealot

I bought the Redmi Note 12 [23021RAA2Y] from Takealot about two weeks ago for R3499. It does have NFC. I have no issues at the moment. I don't think there is anything better at the price point.

Because I have never liked them ?

So tell us, what phone do you use?

You are a severe troll and I implore you to forget about my thread, as you offer nothing to it except arrogance

Please see yourself out the door
