False. My Xiaomi note 4 had no sticker of that. And I would use DHL for shipping. Its safer, and gets to you quicker. When I ordered mine last year, I chose DHL Expedited for like $30.

There was someone who posted something somewhere; where they mentioned that they had brought in an Android Box which was held at customs until ICASA certification could be produced.

Any updates on where I can get covers for the Note 3?

I ordered a few off eBay but as we all know the version we got is a little taller so they didn't work (the silicon one did with a bit of stretching).
