Xperia S

Had the Xperia S for a week now and only 2 issues:

Sometimes find it difficult to press the back, home and menu buttons at the bottem. No a massive issue though.

The phone crashed once, could not press the off or any button. Quick search revealed that holding the volume up and on/off button for 5 secs will reboot the device.

I found that if you press on the strip and move your finger upwards work like a dream.... kind of sweep instead of press.

Thanks, that seems to be that way to go with those three buttons! Just unpacked mine now, plugged it into a 24" screen and boy does that work great! Nice of them to include the HDMI cable, to bad about the NFC tags, placing order now on EBay, for 4 tags and the Sony Smart Watch :)

I'm still in 2 minds about the watch. The geek in me wants one but the normal person that don't like watches day naaa .

Want watch, will be the first one I wear since getting mugged in 1999 but want it anyway :)

Haha, the geek in me is in charge atm
Always wanted one since the first smartwatch came out, will not be wearing it 24/7 but it would do as a nice remote for the phone when using it as a music player/video player

hope the watch looks better than this gnarly phone...

I have never seen a better looking phone than the Xperia S, my sis with her Iphone 4S even likes it more than hers, and she only seen pics of the device, but I suppose it's all personal opinions hey :) Some like it some don't

ja, it looks very iPhone 4S so she probably likes the strip at the bottom

But it is all about personal preference and this still reminds me of my SE M600i which is a really bad thing... for me!

I have both and trust me it looks nothing like the iPhone, but yes its a good thing people differ in taste, its also one of the reasons why I love Android.

I have a choice on what shape or size my phone comes in, and as much as you dislike the Xperia, that is how much I dislike the Samsung range.

just watched predators 1080p from my phone. very very smooth. really does the job with hardly a glitch. have an LG tv and not really played with the remote bityet but . irrelevant as the next thing I get is a PS3controller . :-) still very happy with my phone

oh had a normal day on the phone and have around 30% battery life left. about 2 hours calls and about an hour of surfing.
not bad.
