Hello,

I am an admin for a Tier 2 ISP in the Northeast US.

I am desperately in search of a real human within the Yahoo abuse dept.

I'm hoping this being a large forum maybe I'll get lucky.

I have had many troubles with Yahoo and just need to find someone with the power to work with me and possibly get me on their feedback loop beta program.

No one behind the automated abuse and ISP contact forums seems to be able to provide any real support.

Maybe try dslreports.com as that is a US based forum, this is South African
