It should ask you if you want to change regions when you insert a new one from a different region. AFAIK you're limited to the number of times you can change so consider looking for new firmware to disable that. And how do I change the region for playing DVD's?
lol - I've got 2x 1gb sticks sitting here waiting for my mini - my courier (family member) forgot to pack it!Take the extra R1900 and invest in as much memory as you can lay your hands on. It is the differnece between night and day on the MacBook.
I have just gone to 1GB and it is flying now.
No firmware yet. Some say never will be. You can use the VLC Player and it won't ask for the region. Apple are very pedantic about these things. It should ask you if you want to change regions when you insert a new one from a different region. Careful how often you change it - after a set amount it might stick.Actually, I did have to change the DVD region to region 2 for my DVD;s to work.![]()
Yeah - not a bad battery in those things.I must say I'm very impressed with the battery life, I ran it for 5 hours yesterday after the first full initial charge, schweet.
