Hey the one accident I was in I broke my hip and still walked over to the car that caused the accident so as to ask very nicely to the driver what the hell he was thinking. But I couldn't get him out of the car, he was still trapped. So it can happen.

Being late for meetings is NOT AN EMERGENCY!

If someone's life is in danger, or their is a crime in progress, then blue lights are necessary. But even Ambulances and Emergency Vehicles slow right down at a red robot before speeding through the intersection.
