taking an innocent persons life - um that makes you a murderer in my eyes and in many peoples as well.
someone commented that there are many others who have had a horrible life and don't go around committing such heinous crimes.

"They [the police] didn't do their work right... God is in control!"

God sends people to jail now ? would make sense since everybody going there magically finds the light...

Provided it was done on purpose that would make anyone a murderer, regardless of their circumstances. Obviously.

Well then wouldn't god have had control over the police and so the police did exactly what god wanted them to do. Logic fail...

He killed an innocent life, He deserves to be in prision for the rest of his life

Firstly, I think he should rot in hell for all eternity.

But it brings up an interesting debate. From the article, she was on life support, and her husband was the one who decided to turn off the support system.
Should Hartzenberg then have been tried for murder?

Depends. The article does not mention how severe the injuries were. To me, if she had been brain dead, then turning off the machines does not equate to murder.

If someone dies from injuries caused by the attack, even if its a few weeks later its considered murder. Including going off life support ( they wouldnt have been in that situation otherwise).
