Your average data consumption with streaming services like netflix, crunchyroll etc

I'm on 4MB line with netflix, how do I get the best quality played at the moment I have my laptop connected and have to when each episode starts press ctrl + shift, alt + s and manually set it up.

You can set up the qulality of your stream in your profile on their website.

Under your profile -->Playback Settings

Actually pretty impressed with Hulu, has all the shows i like BUT adverts are getting on my nerves.
