How good are your bankers, are you happy with them?

I'm with FNB PW, and my banker is an idiot. Going to request to be moved to someone else that is more competent and actually knows the products they offer.
 
My bank sucks, period.. No prizes for guessing its FNB.

Private Wealth - first world problems hey :whistle:

The platinum banker I have is really good. I am sure they will give you a new person, they wouldnt want to lose a customer.
 
Depends on the bank and the person I guess. My old FNB Platinum banker was not great, newer PW guy is better, Investec banker is amzing. She's on the ball and has sorted me out really quickly and efficiently every time I've needed something.
 
My genius of a private banker got back to me 2 days after I contacted her and needed something urgent done. Obviously I sorted it out before she even bothered to grace me with an email or phone call.

FNB's online banking is great, everything else is absolutely ****.

Yes, giving FNB the shaft, and several other things like games.
Please refrain from making the threads about me. I have a right to complain, this country holds the record for the worst consumer service in the world.
 
My previous banker at FNB PW was worse than k@ksleg and I purely used her for transactional matters when I had absolutely no alternative.

I was however informed 2 weeks ago that a new banker was allocated to me and this guy is the shizzles, he is really pro-active whilst actually understanding my portfolio etc. I'm as such giving him until the end of Q4 this year, should his performance taper however off I will most definitely mover over to Investec.
