A world 11 requires balance and not the best players in the sense of Mid/ Forwards. For e.g. u dont have a CDM there, possibly the most important player on the field.
U have two attacking fullbacks and Ronaldo and Messi who never track back.

Cesc will get there but still lags behind Gerrard/****.

Ummm.. Hate to break it to you, but Lass is a CDM, and probably one of the best.
