i'm a bit amazed at how little ppl seem to value cap size (relatively speaking) compared to cost... If that's the situation then there are plenty of options avaliable already in SA .

Secondly, i've given VOIP, P2P a relatively low score b/c i don't see how that can be bad if the speed is good (ports can be changed is shaping is suspected)

thirdly, my opinions are based upon private use, i'm sure you business users out there have different requirements...

I would say that the cost should be low relative to the cap size, i.e. they should charge next to nothing for < 1GB and a good price for say 30GB and above. So cost and cap should kind of go together as cost/GB.

lol - but why not - I expect world class services especially at our current exhorbitant costs.
