Not wanting to read this whole thread but can someone post a link to the mybb group that was mentioned on the first few pages?
edit:
saw some guys complaining about flcikr's 100mb a month limit. isnt that quite a lot of photos provided you resize your images? i know some people dont like to resize their images but I don't see why not, prevents piracy, uses less space, faster to upload on 384 lines... etc etc etc...
