Your goto coffee brewing method(s)

I used to make moka pot coffee, but since moving into new place, I no longer have access to a gas hob and making it on the normal ceramic hob takes so long that I've just been on instant since (less than month).

Looking at buying myself a little espresso machine that grinds as well.

Get a little gas camping stove just for coffee? Kind of wondering why I haven't just done it myself either as the electric stovetop was the reason I also stopped using the moka.

Just doesn't feel right to me to boil the kettle and then add to moka. The Process should not be rushed.

I was thinking about it or as Snyper says with boiling water first. Will see. Kinda really want an espresso machine though and now I have an excuse
