Just out of interest, what is the oldest photo you still have around that you took? It can be digital or scanned - whatever you feel is the best oldest shot you still have in your possession.

Here is one I took in 1993 with a Kodak Instamatic using 28x28mm film :

Would love to see it. Why not just scan the print if you still have it around - much easier.
 
I don't have the prints around. I don't expect great photos on it either but I'll post one when I get there. That may be in several months, a year, maybe longer.
 
I might be able to post something in August when I go to the UK but I have a feeling much of my older stuff is in storage in the US.

Apparently you can just scan it in with any high DPI scanner, and then just invert it in your favorite photo editor.
 
I have a photo of my grandfathers (89) father when he was in his 20's. I think I even have one of one grandfathers grandfather.
 
i have a photo of my grand mothers parents, from 1800's sometime will see if i can get it scanned.

Given the poor resulst my scanner gave with a good shot on 35mm, I'm not going to bother wit (almost certain) poor shots on old 110mm film.

Geez these photos bring back loads of memories, glad Dropbox didn't bin them. Remember they sent out some kind of warning to do something or you would lose your stuff, which I ignored.

Oldest phone camera pics are from around February 2004 with a Nokia 7250i and it's mighty 0.1mp camera

I have some that I took on a school tour to the Kruger in the 80's. I'll scan em in later and post.

Bloem Skyline 2002 from the east side of the lebohang building, taken with a crappy HP digital. Oldest one on my google drive. Bloem probably still looks exactly the same.
