If the order is R1200 then that would be more than R400 yes. At least according to the primary school maths I helped my kid with the other night.

Tax and shein is a mystery. You'll know within a couple of days when they send the invoice.
 
Calculation error with my last Temu order:

Cost (incl shipping) R 885,00

To pay: R91.40. I had estimated R160 - R180. Goods were industrial tools and electronics

That's the thing, when I work it out, I get like R480 as a possible tax. Quiet high.
 
Anyone bought any sports accessories?

Looking at this tennis ball pressurizer and its R350 odd where locally its being sold for R650.

I assume the extra's would probably be quite low...

It creates a pressurized environment so when you not using the balls they don't lose pressure through the balls pores.

I have 1 already i use them for padel balls so when i crack a new can open i use the balls in the game and toss them in there. Personal experience using it so far has been very good, using a can of balls now for like 8 or 9 games and balls are still decent.

I want another one so i can have 2 of them and never be forced to use the same set 2 days in a row type of situation. I got the original one off Takealot with a R250 off coupon so i paid about R250 for it but Takealot vouchers are no more and local sellers have pushed their prices even higher.
 
I am short by R10 to get my order free. Really frustrating right now :ROFL:

Mine arrived today. Haven't soldered anything yet but it seems to burn stuff fine. Thanks for the headsup.
 
We took delivery of our cpap masks and accessories on Sunday, yes they delivered on Sunday afternoon/early evening.

The quality is the same as the ones we bought from the sleep specialists at a 3rd of the price.

My wife even commented that the Temu masks are more comfortable.
 
Okay so I got myself of the black Adol Beans I posted earlier and for R120 they really aren't bad. Sound is a bit more neutral so not heavy on bass or treble, it has passive noise canceling which is perfect.
Now I've got my Buds 2 pro, these for like a tenth of the price are not bad at all. Really really surprised
 
one should not assume Temu is always the cheapest...

Example: Spot welder:
Banggood=R507.89 incl SHIPPING+TAXES
TEMU=R529 EXCLUDING TAXES
