Your temu orders

At those prices try the Evziz or Xiaomi cameras at Takealot.
thing is, normally the battery cameras go for around R2k, but I get your point, 3 shut cameras versus one that actually works as expected

just guessing here, but probably firmware and app used - mechanically they are quite sound (battery lasts and picture is good/ok), but operation sucks
Based on your previous comment, I'm guessing by operation you mean the AI / motion detection? So if it wasn't for that, you would still recommend it?

I have Xiaomis but what’s appealing in these is the battery and panel.
I got two of these solar Eufy's when they were R1999, they are now R2299. Still a good price

They are very decent. I also got two of the wired ones when they were R999

No, I haven't tried AI, just basic settings.
After using it for a couple of days, I realise the image is OK, but settings seems useless (or I'm stupid)

Ok so the last lot came in on Saturday.
1. Free Dash-cam, well it's a dash cam, it's tiny, it's definitely not Full HD, will need to see how it performs.
2. Garden stuff is garden stuff, but I do love the nozzle, it almost makes the hose feel like a pressure hose.
3. Wireless mat charger, pretty good charges at 15w, great for car use.
4. Tactical waist bags, got quite a few pockets, fits all the stuff my son needs for scouts, looks rugged enough.
5. It's definitely not a trapdoor welcome mat, well it's ok not the best print ever but it's functional
6. Goo for cleaning keyboard :-) well it's sticky icky goo and it cleans nicely.
7. Various clips and doodads, just that but 3 times less than local suppliers
8. Hoodie, large. It is large and it's decent quality probably around Pep store level, but paid waay less
9. Terminator Steel poster, it's thick, but it's aluminium so it won't stick to magnets so can't use it like displate, print quality is decent, contrast a little off. But hanging on a wall won't notice it.

Here are my damages so far.

12 purchases, I think I am pretty much done unless they send me vouchers.
R14k spent.
FNB didn't charge a fee for every transaction, some went through Dublin and others through Woodstock.

Taxes averaged 15.6%

Had my first no delivery out of 10 orders today The fastway delivery driver did not phone me but said I was not there.

I'm in Durban and leaving the country this Saturday afternoon. What are the odds I receive my order before then?

I have two of them as well, no need for any subscription like the others, almost a year gone and they still surviving crappy CT weather ... :)

I bought this one and is really decent, can't complain https://share.temu.com/yX8nNtxAAaA

Although I paid R55 for it on a new sign up deal they had. But still can't fault it
Recording format and size? ... multiple GB avi files for like 5min recordings - killing the SD card - or x264 / x265 mp4 format with acceptable recording length for the file size and quality.

Orders up until now have all come with Buffalo. I see my latest one is with Fastway. Hoping for the best

I ordered on the 28th April, Paid taxes on the 03 May. Cleared customs on the 4th May. 10th May at 5:30 I get a message saying package will be delivered today, in Cape Town.

At 14:30 I get a message saying vehicle returned to depot( vehicle issue) .

Then the message changed to "transferred to third party express"

And I'm still waiting for it.

Bit irritating
