Your temu orders

I have a Temu order that's going to be delivered by Fastway Couriers this time around. Disappointingly I got an email from Temu saying my order could not be delivered because there was no one at home to sign for it.

At Fastway it fist says:
The parcel has been left in the West Bay 4 and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery.

And then:
We have experienced a problem with your parcel which is currently under query at our depot.

I've been at home the whole week and received a package from Amazon with no problems.

Its Fastway, they're **** - I've had it multiple times - not just with Temu orders, and they ignore all communication.

Had it just yesterday
The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate the consignee.

I got no respone from Temu the previous time.
 
Anyone got experience with these triangle pillows?
I wonder what they are for?

I give up trying to contact Fastway. Do they normally let you know when the parcel is out for delivery?

I haven't received something like that yet.

This is an extract from an email I sent to Fastway last year when they didn't deliver my onedayonly parcel.

No - I got an email from Temu that its out for delivery - if someone else uses Fastway to send me **** - don't get notified, only way to sort of know is by checking the tracking number.

I haven’t needed to swear at them the last 5 times.

Remember that you are not a client of fastway, so they don’t give a crap about you.
You’ll have complain at Temu if you have an issue. I did, and they sorted it out and gave me 30% off my next purchase for the trouble.
