For the next 29 days you can price adjust. Snooze and you lose.

Go to "your orders", select an order and then near the bottom of the screen there should be a row of buttons (refund, buy again etc). Price adjustment is in that list, you might need to tap on the ellipsis to display it.

Strange that you are charged less than VAT though ? Were they VAT-less items ? I think there is something fishy with these charges.

I guess at customs they declared the actual value of the products rather than the inflated amount I paid for them.

Curious how price adjustment works. I've had a couple of price but do you need to check everyday or can you just go on day 30. Prices seem to go up and down daily. Also can you click the price check button as often as you like or does it only work once?

You can click it as many times as you want. Three times a day should be sufficient.

Nope.

There are several ways goods can be valued. Afaik it's the customs officer's duty to sign off on any valuation.

Well, the problem is I have spent 100's if not 1000's on cables purporting to support fast charging (or as OnePlus have coined it, Warp Charging). None of them actually do, which is highly flipping frustrating!!

Anyway, I see a cable advertised as 5A fast charging/warp charging/supervooc charging blah blah blah all the superlatives from the various brands, for the grand sum of R61... what the hell? If it doesn't work as advertised I've only lost R61... cable arrived yesterday and guess what???!!! It flipping charges at high speed!!!!

Wheel? Oh dear, I'm oblivious to their marketing ploys at this stage, sorry... their prices are ridiculously low any at any rate, although the quality of their products looks questionable. I haven't bothered to open any one of the other 5 cables I ordered. All of them are punted at 6A or better.
