Your temu orders

Sorry I should of been more clear..I want to use my work email address as opposed to Gmail..but will only have access to work email next Tuesday..
Curious - which email software do you use at work that you can't access from outside ?
 
Shipping situation was moving along nicely until the weekend.

"ITT Not Received" does not sound good.

Order placed on the 20th March. Looking forward to my R 20 back after the 11th.

That R20 will come in handy.

I think it means they gave it to a different courier because Buffalo are too busy.

Apparently ITT is a local courier. Don't think I've ever seen one of their vehicles but maybe they'll be regulars soon.

I'm thinking Buffalo might have handed over a bunch of consignment details but haven't actually delivered the parcels to ITT's distribution point.

The "out for delivery" status being another interesting Temu take on the truth.

Buffalo probably don’t have a good way of tracking it properly either once ITT get it.

I just got an sms from DPD Laser, Buffalo 3rd party courier in Durban, you can use the Buffalo tracking number on DPD site to track your order. Probably same applies to ITT
 
So on an order of R249 i was told to pay R64 which I've just done via cc..how do I know if everything is fine and gone through?

Yup.

And I have looked at the google reviews for this ITT courier company and they seem to be incredibly useless.

They do have live person / AI on Temu that you can ask for a status on your order.

I would just let it play out and if nothing arrives get a refund.
I have 3 orders on the way.

One stuck in Cape Town with ITT for 3 days, one stuck in Joberg with ITT for 1 day so far and one still in China after 5 days.

Crazy is yours is like 8 hours before mine, so the problem is not related to the shipment but rather their whole system delivery is broken.

My other order hasn't left China.

This is the status and it shows Buffalo can't give status updates.

I would have expected to pay customs on the 31st for that order. But the whole system is Delayed. Almost like Bufallo's computer system broke down or they just can't handle the workload. How else does it explain it being broken in China too.

Thinking about it, that is how Temu's whole system is designed. Teazes you that you will get free stuff if you invite friends, give new users immediate vouchers and suddenly you have an unnatural spike in order demand at the moment it goes viral.

They can't handle the workload to get packages on planes in China, and one it gets in SA they can't handle deliveries. An f up of note.
