Try clicking that button below the pro forma invoice, it says it may take up to 5 days to receive. if you don't get it you can ask their support.

Have their support ever responded? I've never had a response from buffalo.

I've noticed their customs are hit and miss, I've had two almost identical orders, one was R350 on customs, and the next R140.

Dunno. Just clicked now out of interest.
The taxes they charged me so far are fine.

I did put in one order for mostly clothes a couple of days ago, so maybe that one will hit 30% plus.

There is a huge pdf file on SARS that has all the duties listed per country per product if anyone is bored enough to look up the rates..

I have a rough idea of the various rate categories from importing over the years - I think these guys thumbsuck it though.

Not that I'm bothered much - usually ends up much cheaper than local for small things.

Not really. I mean there is a sun visor hat and a pouch but both of them are worth less than R30 each.

Eish, I've got 4 orders outstanding will see what the tax is :-(
 
My latest 4 orders the past two weeks are all between 50 to 100% customs. But my orders are around R100.

I have no clue if it is customs, delivery or processing fee. Or if temu provides higher order value to what I paid. That is all hidden. Just pay up an amount, you have no say and no online chat is not online.
 
Anyone notice that fastway customs amount are higher than buffalo? I think they charge a different processing fee. Just my bad luck to get two orders through them.

Buffalo only shows an amount on their invoice. Not a breakdown. Fastway shows jack ****.
 
When I get promoted to pay fastway they have no invoice or anything but they do show this.

So if you see your shipment is handled by fastway and not buffalo then now you will be paying way more. Not tha Buffalo is cheap

Fastway is only used for the last mile delivery, Buffalo handles all the importing.
