Your temu orders

I ordered on the 28th April, Paid taxes on the 03 May. Cleared customs on the 4th May. 10th May at 5:30 I get a message saying package will be delivered today, in Cape Town.

At 14:30 I get a message saying vehicle returned to depot( vehicle issue) .

Then the message changed to "transferred to third party express"

And I'm still waiting for it.

Bit irritating
Fastway for you, there is no fast in it's way

Orders up until now have all come with Buffalo. I see my latest one is with Fastway. Hoping for the best
Uhmm what I said about us learning how to measure electricity correctly...
Not today :-P everytime it's gone to Fastway add another week or so.

Got one of those R50 camera's - the picture quality is a far cry from 1080p. (execuse the mess).

BUT - I'd say its definetly worth it for non-important remote monitoring. PTZ works well, and wifi seems to hold up (its close to the AP) - I've setup 24/7 recording to my NVR - and it hasn't seemed to skip a beat.

I really don't this thing is weather proof though, and would stick to indoor use.

Recording format and size? ... multiple GB avi files for like 5min recordings - killing the SD card - or x264 / x265 mp4 format with acceptable recording length for the file size and quality.
I actually haven't checked the recorded file size, will have to check as it supposed came with a 32GB card but I highly doubt it is actually 32GB.

You bought it because you want to watch the maid clean that mess?

How did you connect it to the NVR? Through the app?

ONVIF... also have it working in home assistant - but ONVIF is slow, so using rtsp for the video stream, and onvif for ptz control
Sorry for the questions.
How did you determine the onvif/rtsp details?
Some scanner?

The NVR picked it up.

But - for home-assistant, I have an app on my phone tinyCam- which I use on Google TV - it picked up the various streams. Tried ONVIF Device Manager on PC - but - it doesn't pick it up.

Last question: NVR make and model please?

Last question: NVR make and model please?

Nothing exciting - its just a board I printed a housing for :

Doesn't have any fancy features that actually work - so - it just 24/7 records 16 cameras

SIDE NOTE: This NVR was loading 10s of GBs to the cloud each day - and I don't have a cloud plan - I don't even see it as an option, besides remote viewing by the XMEye app.

I've blocked it completely from the internet, but - it doesn't stop trying:

The TC20 camera ... 4 sets of purchases. The 1st one had Yi IOT as the app, the 2nd and 3rd set's manuals linked to icam365, the 4th should be in today. Due to both the apps Android permissions it required I have not been using them for myself personally just yet. Nice to see that it may be possible to use other apps.

Order from 29 April been in the country since 07 and scanned at 3rd party Express in JNB today - my order from 07 May is out for delivery from DbnDC today.

Would you recommend the Yi IOT or icam365 ones? I see the same type camera's listed but using different apps

I had the most amazing experience when ordering this time, I ordered on Thursday Night 9th May and paid taxes on Saturday morning and got my package this afternoon Tuesday 14th. Amazing at less than 5 days for delivery.
Buffalo?

Wife still waiting for her order, it was handed to fastway and as usual for the last week it's out for delivery and then it's not
