Your Tyre Pressure and Fuel preference?

What tyre pressure do you use? The recommended pressure as per the sticker?
I ask this because as per my vehicle sticker, for eg. tyre pressure should be 2.1 bar for a relatively empty car.
Then there is an eco option of 2.4bar. What should I use? How will the ride be at 2.4?

Also, my vehicle has a little sticker on the fuel cap indicating that at first 'click' of the fuel pump, you should stop filling. The car still takes about 6 litres more past that first click. Is there any reason for this and am i doing much harm by filling till the top?
 
2.2 bar for my tyres.
95 Unleaded (Shell).
Engen 95 unleaded gives me much more performance on my car I think.
I don't think that filling your tank to the brim is a problem.

0.8 bar... 95 unleaded. Sadly - most of the time the tyres are at 2.2 bar
 
2.2 front 2.6 back( think that is what sticker says) and the cheapest 50ppm diesel I can find :P

You can choose one of the two, a comfortable ride or better fuel economy.
 
Higher pressure gives better fuel economy. Watch your tyre wear patterns for over or under inflation.
Filling the tank to the brim does not allow for expansion of fuel vapour. The fuel in the underground tank is cool, and warms up when it gets to the vehicle's tank.

Incorrect. The liquid does not expand much at all, and vapor expansion is a complete non issue

You can fill to the brim if you like. No risk from heat. The only risk is possible burst in the event of a collision
 
Funny, but I get better mileage from Shell.

Tyre pressure depends on so many factors!!!
Manufacturer,Size of rim, size of sidewall, load rating, ect.
Pump up to what car manufacturer recommend. Drive for some time and then adjust if required.
Too low pressure will cause you to sit "loose" on the road due to too much sidewall movement.
Too high will cause a harsh ride and could make you loose control by bouncing over the road.
Incorrect tire pressure will also cause abnormal tire wear.
 
My car recommends 2.1 all around, 2.3 for economy. So I do 2.2.

I generally fill the car to the first click as it makes for a more consistent amount of fuel per fill up and makes calculating fuel economy more accurate (my car doesn't have a readout for this).
 
Filling fuel to the top may cause spilling, I usually do one click to avoid that.
 
2.6 in front and 2.4 rear as per the sticker.

Only 95 unleaded.
 
my car's fuel cap says 98 unleaded only - can't get that

for tyre pressure, use the recommended

what car do you drive/ what is the recommended fuel?
 
I go 2.2 mostly on tyres, as for fuel I use 93 octane Gasoline
