youtube slow streaming today?

Trying to play HD YT vids is not going well today. Anyone with similar?

yea, im getting the same, very slow streaming from youtube. came here looking for anyone else experiencing the same.
started late afternoon.

Mine is 100% perfect, streaming from Twitch.tv on high and then just went and streamed a YouTube video in 1080p right now and my line was being maxed out. I am using my WA account at the moment.

I'm on Axxess. Also started late afternoon and seems intermittent. Speedtest is 100%.
