Youtube slowness?

Hi all,

Is it just me, or is there a general problem with Youtube recently? For about the last week it's almost impossible to watch anything on the site, unless you have dial-up-style patience.

Looking at my network usage in Windows' Task Manager, when I load Youtube, there's hardly any activity.
I just checked one or two other sites, and they seem to be doing okay.

Anyone else noticing this?

I'm on IS, shaped, uncapped account.

Ah, cool. Okay, so it's not just me.
Dailymotion seems to have the same problem.

I just download the flvs with a multithread download manager, its a bit irritating but it works.

mines ok...some videos that are high quality do take some time to buffer ive noticed.

I got a telkom 3GB and its slow as hell. I am on 384 though. On some rare ocations i wont have to buffer, but mostly i do.
