It is a problem regardless of who calls it out. Jordan Peterson's Youtube account recently went down without any notification or justification. There is not a single thing that he has said that can even come close to being hate speech. The only thing he did was call out the B.S that the rising authoritarian left.
The only reason why it went back up was because a colleague of his (Gad Saad) reached out to a contact at Google.

My point was that PJW's claims that Youtube is "censoring", because the curation of their content is being done by a group he doesn't like, are utterly unsubstantiated BS. And his history and "beliefs" mean he's hardly a trustworthy source in any way, shape or form.

Furthermore it's hilarious that this special snowflake is having a meltdown over Youtube's decision to moderate the content published on THEIR PLATFORM. They're perfectly within their right to do so because it's THEIR PLATFORM. If he doesn't like it, he can go elsewhere.

PJW is probably worried that his bat f**k insane nonsense is going to get "censored" by the ADL (when, in all honesty, it should be removed for the simple reason that it's bat f**k insane nonsense) and he'll lose all his revenue and have to go back to living in his mother's basement. My heart bleeds.

So because it went down without any notification or justification, you immediately assume it was censored by TEH SJWs. As opposed to, say, Youtube's own content-flagging algorithms just doing what they're programmed to.

Absolutely, only that makes their entire value proposition explode in a cloud of hypocrisy. It's called YouTube, not GoogleTube or UsTube. Its entire rise in popularity is owed to the fact that it is an open platform where anyone can become a successful broadcaster and reach a wide audience.

They're free to do whatever they wish with their platform, they just can't censor all kinds of things and hold on to that open platform, support the little guy, crown at the same time. There will be a point where it hurts them more financially to go down this path than they're willing to stomach, at that point it will be too late to turn it back around.
