YouTube won't play (error) on MTN 3G

I am unable to watch any YouTube videos using my MTN 3G connection. It always give me an error message in the YouTube window:
"An error occured. Please try again later".
It does this regardless of the time, connection speed or video. It almost seems similar to when streaming media is blocked by a proxy.

Did someone ever experience something similar?

I've really had it with MTN the last few weeks. Their 3G speed inexplicably slumped to pathetic speeds, their billing is an utter mess and then eventually making a voice call was simply too much to ask.....argh!

yes, the connection has been shocking the last few weeks

youtube works for me, loading a video is annoying long though
