ZAPS Returns

Good Day!

So I recently bought a Razer Lycosa keyboard from ZAPS. Perhaps at the most 3 months ago and now the backlighting no longer works. It started flashing and going ballistic about a month ago then stopped. Now last week I put the PC on and now the lights no longer work at all. The touch functionality has also always been dodgy. Know they had problems but thought I was safe. :(

Anyway what I want to know is if anyone has bought from them and had to return any item. What is the process for returns? What would the likely reaction be? Because I expect they will test it and give me a new one.
 
I returned a 6800XE the second day I brought it, they labeled it wrong saying its a XT which is slightly faster.

Anyways, they just cerdited the money back to my cheque card and took the product back.

If u brought it from their store, which they stocked, they'll test it and swap it out or try repair it.

If its from their online store they'll send it back to the supplier.
