Good Day!
So I recently bought a Razer Lycosa keyboard from ZAPS. Perhaps at the most 3 months ago and now the backlighting no longer works. It started flashing and going ballistic about a month ago then stopped. Now last week I put the PC on and now the lights no longer work at all. The touch functionality has also always been dodgy. Know they had problems but thought I was safe.
Anyway what I want to know is if anyone has bought from them and had to return any item. What is the process for returns? What would the likely reaction be? Because I expect they will test it and give me a new one.
