Your chances might be better with 4 years though

Anyway, the software has gotten to a stage where someone with only 1 year experience might likely be more limited by ther talent and creativity than technical know-how,... where organic modeling is concerned.

yeah today its totally about talent and not "technical know how".... if you have worked with clay sculpting for years and learn Zbrush in 1 year, you most likely will be better than a person who's been with Zbrush for 3 years.

I've used Zbrush and just love it. It's easy to use and packed with features. Sadly though, between work and my free time I just don't have time to play with it anymore.
