If she did easy to dispute by taking her to court, wont be the first time she's had her ass handed to her. If she's right the court will uphold her findings.

Somebody screwed the pooch.

The Public Protector should be protecting the public, not crucifying those that enabled certain members of the public using idle tablets already in stock. What value has a Public Protector got if that office keeps on getting these things wrong and lacks public trust? Who your'e gonna call ... Ghost Busters?

when did the public protector become a judge, I thought the judges at the constitutional court decided what is and is not constitutional?
