Zimbabwe based hosting

The issue was, last time I worked there, that you couldn't use Amazon AWS or any other provider because of sanctions. And with the country being practically in the toilet, there's no real cloud providers there that we could find or identify. In the end we used a building with a decent generator, and aircon, and a fibre link onto Liquid Telecom's backbone as a DC.
 
There's a Core 2 Quad PC in the consulate in Harare that has VirtualBox installed. It might have some free RAM slots if you want a larger VM.
