Any help would be appreciated! I got a ZTE668 about a week ago. It kept on dropping my connection so I took it back. CellC switched it for a new one without any objection.
The problem is trying to install/use the new one on my Mac. I uninstalled the old application (as suggested by the guy in the store). When I installed the new one, the connection was so slow it barely worked. I figured i would uninstall it and reinstall, and now my Mac won't even register the modem at all. I made sure the uninstall had worked by searching in my applications for the file but I have no idea why my computer won't even register the modem. The blue lite comes on and nothing else!
