Actually its not, its a way to uplift black people who have been on the back-foot since apartheid, however the implementation has not been good.

Racism and discrimination is when you cannot go take a piss in a toilet because its a white area!!!, i'm pretty sure all of the white's in this country go take a piss anywhere in the country and are not limited to white only area's.

when this starts happening lets talk about racism and discrimination.

Speaking personally, I urinate in the toilet, as do most of my friends and relatives.
 
AA and BEE will stay as long as the ANC is in power. It guarantees them a lot of votes. They don't care about uplifting poor people they only care to stay in power and stay on the gravy train.

AA and more recently, BEE is part of the control mechanism that they are using to ensure they stay in power until forever has passed. Tried and Tested African Way.

Well affirmative action is by it's very nature a racist policy, the lack of sunset clause tells parents in disadvantaged race groups that, irrespective of where they urinate, their children's economic futures are curtailed.

Toriko this is why i brought it up, i was saying that not being able to go into white area's is racism and discrimination, it is not racist nor discrimination if you ask me, its about getting the majority into decent jobs and trying to help with poverty, it went wrong because only a minority are benefiting.

They are not saying white's cannot get jobs, they are just trying to get blacks into jobs who otherwise would not have been hired, it has gone horribly wrong though.

Look at white poverty rate its what 3% or something, look at the black poverty rate. Whites are not exactly struggling as much as the blacks.

I expect that everything Zuma stands for will stay; Crime, fraud, corruption, AID's,.......

I don't think it's entirely a mentality problem. I agree that some poor people are that way because of their own lazy, good-for-little and shiftless mentality but for most there is no escaping the vicious cycle of poverty, drug addiction, early pregnancy, alchohol abuse, unemployment, etc.
