I personally don't think he will be found guilty of rape
 
My opinion: Not guilty because the state cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that the rape took place.

So its not a case of he didn't do it. Its a case of they can't prove it.

Vio : That is basically it. And to flesh out what you said, it is also not the case that he did do it, but they cant prove it.
 
Wish there was some movement - I'm worried about burn-in from those blaady robes!
 
I don’t care. Find him guilty of SOMETHING, like for driving without his lights on this morning on his way to court.:D

Guilty or not, his political career is over.

Even if he gets of here he won't get off that corruption charge.
 
My assessment of the Judge's commentary thus far (in summary as presented in court). In my opinion, this case will revolve on one single point, and that is whether the state has been able to prove Mens Rea. In any event, we will probably know the outcome of the trial in the next 1 - 2 hours.
 
If he is found guilty all hell is going to break loose. If you are near the court, better get out now.

I think its been shown quite often in SA that being corrupt and getting caught for it is not a detriment to a political career. Heck not even being a criminal is.

I wouldn't be suprised if a corrupt rapist was our next president...

LOL he will have to goto jail before he can become president; its a requirement for the job lol.
