I find it funny that his supporters will only comment on whether the trail process has been fair after the result is known. Why is it that these judgements take a whole day to get delivered, talk about wasting time.

Judges became overtly political appointees when they came into power hence the scrapping of the jury system we had.

In your home country it was the decision of the Supreme Court and not of the political establishment or even the popular or prevailing public sentiment at the time that ended the "seperate but equal" doctrine and boosted the civil rights movement.

Jeez .... imagine if our courts outlawed Apartheid way back then .
