Mandela did have a choice, he could have chosen violence over peace and the way some folk talk about him you would think all he ever wanted to do was kill white people.

Mandela is one of the world greatest men, he will go in history forever. He could have turned into the SA version of mugabe, he could have tried to destroy the whites but he didn't. All he did was try and unite a nation badly divided and if i look around SA today i would say job well done. We have some issues but for the most part we all get along very well.

The YL is an organization that prepares future ANC leaders. Look at Mbalula, when he was younger he was regarded as dumb because of his radicalism. But now as sports minister he seems to have matured tremendously. People might not like the way he talks but he's diplomatic now instead of radical. He's also one of the most energetic ministers in the cabinet.
