Zuma Must Fall: Cape racists warned

So this is where we're at now. Anyone who criticizes Zuma is a racist. It wouldn't surprise me if we start seeing calls for a law making it illegal to insult the president.

Already been mutterings about this over the years since JZ took office

This follows the ANC’s veiled threat of adopting an “insult law” to protect President Zuma in the wake of the open letter (penned by Sushi King Kenny Kunene) attacking the President.

Do they have inside information that is not prive to us? How do they know the person responsible is racist? Could be a ANC supporter that's simply gatvol of Zuma.

Yes, I remember. Fortunately the constitution makes such a law almost impossible to enact which is why nothing has come of it. But don't think they won't try again.

Yeah... whats frighting though is that people want a law to protect him from ridicule. Just goes to show what a high quality and intellectual president we have that he needs a law to protect him from people laughing.

I'll assume you meant black African. Europeans aren't just white, nor Americans.

Fair enough, I was just clarifying :)

I don't get offended easily, but I really do find the use of "African" to mean black highly offensive as a white person. As you pointed out, it's basically like telling telling a white American that they're not American because they're not a Native American.
