Mzwandile Masina should let the citizens in on the information he is privy to. Government again is doing an awful job by not communicating the change of definition for the term racist. It seems anybody that is overwhelmed by Zuma's incompetence is now a racist. Okay Mzwandile Masina, I'm a racist.

If it wasn't for racist whites, we wouldn't have potholes. You see, the racists built the damns too big so now we are running low on water. Without enough water we can not mix the stones and cement to fill the potholes.

If a vehicle drives over a pothole and is damaged, he can simply blame those racists whites.

I wonder, if I was to paint "Jesus Loves You" (with a little fish) on my hypothetical 10ft wall, next to a highway, would that also be against the law?
