O.k I am not sure what I am doing wrong but maybe someone can help. Had problems with my dsl line a couple of days ago and to troubleshoot I reset the modem according to the manual. (pressing the reset button for 10 seconds till the power LED flashes).
After the reset I get the default Zyxel IP of 10.0.0.33 however I cant ping the modem 10.0.0.2 which I find very strange. I then tried of WLAN I see the network is WPA encrypted and that after a factory default reset. I have tried this a couple of times with the same result, not sure if I should just replace the modem…. Any suggestions.
