Cell C network problems feedback
Cell C said that it has uncovered the underlying problem which means that some Cell C data customers could not connect to the Internet despite having a strong signal.
Cell C said that it has conducted a high-level investigation of its network following complaints by customers who were unable to connect to the Internet even though they had a strong signal.
“Cell C together with its vendor Huawei uncovered an underlying problem on our IT platform. Cell C and Huawei are working around the clock to find a solution to the problem,” Cell C said.
The mobile operator said that it will communicate details as soon as they have more information.
