Cell C network problems feedback (February 2013)

Guess they won't be telling us what the problem is then... must be something unique to the CellC network, cause the other mobile providers don't seem to be having similar issues.
 
its probably billing related... its always the billing system... and if they cant bill your data... they wont give you data.
 
Don't forget to investigate sudden data connection loss (disconnects) and keep us updated weekly atleast

I had a problem 2 weekends ago where I kept getting Cell C's "you need to top up your data" page even though I had almost 500MB of my monthly 500MB allocated to me - could do nothing, tried topping up and that didn't work either, next morning all was ok (iPhone).

Emailed support the next day and haven't heard a peep since - other than saying it's been sent to to the accounts department or something.

I agree. It helps to know that you aren't going insane either thinking no one else has these issues.

Please fix it up ASAP CellC and give Huwaei a kick in the rear for their gap in delivery.
 
Amazing that it takes such a long time to uncover a problem in the network. Penalties over the SLAs should be enforced, so that this will not happen again.
 
Only one of my staff reported a similar problem - but that was only for a few hours on Wednesday afternoon
 
I experienced the same issue on my Cell C speedstick this morning. Logging on and off solved the problem. I also experience this on my iPhone from time to time so it is NOT related to dongles only. Its really annoying and I hope they fix it soon.
