Best and worst cellular operators: scores released
The South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) has released the individual customer satisfaction scores for SA’s four mobile operators, revealing that MTN and Vodacom are the top dogs.
MyBroadband has previously reported that MTN scored highest in terms of customer satisfaction, with 8ta and Vodacom on par with the industry average.
However, SAcsi has now released more detailed rankings which shows that South Africa’s largest operators have the happiest customers.
The more detailed results showed that MTN was the only mobile operator which scored above the industry standard.
The following table shows how South Africa’s four mobile operators compare based on customer satisfaction.
