Free uncapped hosting for everyone
Cybersmart has launched free, uncapped hosting which offer subscribers unlimited bandwidth, 300MB disk space, 5 e-mail addresses, Cpanel management, PHP, Perl, and MySQL support.
Cybersmart’s free, uncapped hosting service is available to everyone, and there is no limit on the number of packages (websites).
Cybersmart CEO Laurie Fialkov said that they have offset some of their electricity costs in their data centre, which accounts for 65% of total cost for hosting, by installing solar panels.
“Unfortunately the limiting factor for solar energy is the roof space available, so we were only able to eliminate 14% of our overall electricity bill,” said Fialkov.
“Nonetheless this savings does allow us give away our entry level hosting package for free.”
