No. It's the default account that only allows you to surf the Telkom site. It's the default when you set up your adsl the first time.

It's not complete. It has to end in something else. It can't be guest@telkomadsl. I remember it being something like [email protected]. It has to end in @telkomsa.net or something like that.

It should work, a few isp use those type of user names, like user@wadsl, user@youradsl etc
